**I really hope this works this time. DA lost it and ate it last night. Twice.**

Because Boiler Tour is as much for me as it is for y'all, I am going to include some of the staff hailing from my universe, much in the way I have already included Karen and Dulcinee. (Though I think this one is as much for =chen-san's Eferia as it is for me!)

Jed's is another name that has come up a few times. He is the tour's choreographer.

Karen Kaboom: No pressure, right?!!! Right!? Ha! Reg I can handle. He's the dork who married my sister. No. Big. Deal. But Mr. Jed Neilson? Hell, no! This guy is a different breed of famous. In his years on the stage all over the world and traveling with dance troupes of all kinds, he's worked with some of the most famous costume designers in the world. People who are like heroes and gods to me have fitted him with all kinds of costumes. I was *terrified* I'd mess it up! He was such a pro about the whole thing. Get this, his insurance agent faxed me his measurements before he got there. Turns out his body is insured for some horrible sum I could only dream about. I had a great sketch worked out for him. He calmly looked it over (while I tried not to have a heart-attack), put it down, shrugged and said "You can do better." I almost hurled a stiletto at him. Then he handed me the paper and said. "I'll wear anything. Wouldn't be where I am today if I was picky about that kind of thing. I just don't want you to sell yourself short. Don't hold back because you're afraid of screwing it up." I gave him the best glare I could muster, took the paper back, scribbled all over it and handed it back. His smile was worth all the shoes in my closet. That was how I got to the costume pictured here. This is probably the worst picture of it in the whole set ... but it's the best one of him, and that's what it's all about. Designing for him was a once-in-a-lifetime honor and he was as cool and charming as the gossip says. By the way, that is his real hair color. Lisa threatened my life if I let anything change it.

Reg Lahey: Jed was recommended to me by two people. First was the chief financier of the tour, who's opinion I respect. The second was Lisa, who's opinion I respect even more. Mr. Kernoba suggested him, and Lisa squeed with joy when I brought up his name at dinner. He's a client, I guess. I might have known. I admit to being a bit of an idiot when it comes to the world of dance. It's just not my thing. I mean, I dance in videos and on stage a little, but it's not really my thing. It was both to my benefit and my detriment that I asked Jed to give me a few pointers. A "few pointers" turned into a mini-lesson turned into a day of getting my ass kicked ... which was well deserved. I think it's entirely possible that he had a better time than me on tour. It think it was one of the most laid-back jobs he's ever had. He got to kick back, talk to people, make new friends, charm a few ladies (Eferia, I'm looking at you!), and try out some new styles he's not had a chance to preform in front of an audience before. He's just crazy talented. In fact, we made a up a game. "Find a Song Jed Can't Dance Too." He won every time, of course, but it was fun to try. I think I made a very good friend in him, and I'm looking forward to inevitable collaborations in our future.

This is such a lovely pose and the many details are so well done. It looks so complex... very nice. :D
